TCPA / Consent Disclosure
What TCPA is
The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) regulates how businesses may contact consumers by phone, text, and fax. Violations carry significant per-call statutory penalties. Lead buyers are responsible for their own TCPA compliance when contacting leads.
How consumer consent is obtained
Leads sold through insuranceleadsco.com are generated through consumer-facing brands. Before a lead is created:
- The consumer completes a survey-based qualification form on one of our consumer-facing websites.
- The consumer provides consent language that clearly discloses they may be contacted by a licensed agent regarding the product they inquired about.
- The consumer verifies their phone number via one-time passcode (OTP) before the lead record is created.
[PLACEHOLDER — full consent language used on consumer-facing sites, URLs of those sites, and any third-party consent partners pending legal review]
